Step 1	Fascinated by a particular style or stone? Contact us with your inspirations, our designers are always looking forward to discussing them with you.
Step 2	Upon confirmation of the design, a deposit will be required and our designer will begin sketching the design in accordance with your preference. Once completed, a sketch of your customised item will be shared for final approval.
Step 3	Once the design has been approved, production of your bespoke jewellery will begin and we will present it to you once it has been completed and finally packaged and shipped.
